Fractional CIO
Our Fractional Chief Information Officer role is ideal for businesses which do not require a full-time executive to hold the position of chief information officer.  Also known as a Virtual CIO, vCIO or Part Time CIO, a Fractional CIO brings an experienced, top-level information technology professional to serve as your part-time or consulting chief information officer.  Perhaps your company requires broader experience than your current technology leadership processes.  We can supplement their expertise and provide more bandwidth for tackling important issues.

A Fractional CIO is a consultant that serves as a working member of a company's executive management team and may or may not serve on the company's board of directors.  The purpose of a Fractional CIO is to align the company's information technology strategy and spending with the overall business objectives of the company without the associated level of overhead and benefits associated with adding another top level executive. This brings vast experience to your team without a large expense.

Interim CIO
Many organizations in transition find themselves in a situation where short term and long term technology needs are unclear. They may have an unexpected CIO vacancy or the business has chosen to make a change. The result is a void in IT leadership and a potential slow down in key IT initiatives.

A proper CIO search and selection process could take up to 12 months to complete.
